It never pays to contact orgs like that to ask about parking, because they
almost always say no, even if it's not during their time of use. The reason
being that if they say yes, then there's a possibility we could expect
certain conditions of use, etc which could cause a problem, even if we
didn't intend it.

If it's still an Impark lot, I would suggest treating it the way we
currently treat it: you park back there at your own risk, if you're not
paying.

If it's now a provincially-owned lot, I'd do some surveillance for a month
to see if anyone checks it in the evenings/weekends, then make the call.
