As far as I know, no one is interested in selling the cans at the
scrapyard.

However, the bins could still be useful if anyone is willing to take the
recycling home and put it in with their household recyclables: if this is
the new plan, the "cans only" labels can be removed. I think Ben
volunteered at one point.

To make this easier, we could line them with clear bags.  The bins should
probably also be washed at this point.
