Here's my suggestion: put the cleaning stuff on a shelf in each
bathroom, and a sign that says "if you see a mess, please clean it!"

For me, I don't really know where the cleaning stuff is, and can't be
bothered to bring it to the bathroom and put it away after. But if it's
there and handy, I could just do it real quick (and I definitely would
have this past weekend).

I don't mind cleaning, I just hate the effort of finding all the shit I
need to get it done!
