Well, I'm not sure who else is interested - personally, I would feel awkward asking if no one orders. But you can if you like. Who knows, it might get him a bit of extra business.
I hear ordering direct from China is far cheaper, but he is a retailer, and it would be convenient for projects to be able to just buy a kit.
