Hey everybody, I was given a starter kit last night for the Red Bull Flugtag challenge: http://redbullflugtagusa.com/
Basically, we'd have to apply in the next 23 days with our idea proposal. If it's accepted, we'd be given a certain amount of money to build the project, then flown to the launch site on game day. The projects chosen are the craziest and most outrageous that have some chance of flying. Generally, they just fall into the river. It looks *amazingly* fun. If anybody's interested, I'll pass off the kit to you. I think some sksp'ers could do something amazing here! If somebody wants to forward this to AssentWorks' mailing list, this might be a good opportunity to work together with them on something. I'm not subscribed, though.
