Also, part of the sea of running a Winnitron is to have it available to the
public.  So I think it's a very good thing for us to lend it out.

We just need to make sure that in the future when it's on loan, that a SkSp
member takes charge of coordinating transportation (vehicle and manpower).
This will hopefully be done jointly with the people it's being lent to, but
if that happens, that's a happy bonus.

This would apply to any SkSp stuff going out on loan, it's just that the
Skullotron's size makes moving it more difficult.
