He only gave 2 dimensions for a 3D object. I suspect it is the Z direction that is off, but who knows. Perhaps there is some config that is wrong.
I think the idea of inviting him down when others are working on ours isn't a bad idea. Thursdays are hardware nights, but I have other projects that need my attention tomorrow.
