You get that speed by being in the grain exchange building (or arranging your own transport there over fiber/wireless) and paying HE.net less than $1/megabit/month in gigabit quantities - so under $10K/mo for 10gigabit. Big improvement from the $6-20/megabit/mo that many small and midsize Winnipeg ISPs were paying recently.
