Hey Kevin, Can you give us some more details on the laser component? Ideally, those kind of displays are done with machines with motors that can move the lasers in pre-determined paths. If you have existing equipment it may be simple enough as having someone program in the pattern you want; but if you don't have the machine I'm not sure how much we could help - unless one of our members already has technology like this.
We can also give recommendations once we receive some more information.
