Running Apache or nginx on top of GNU/Linux in a virtual machine on top
of Windows is definitely not a light weight setup.
Running Apache or nginix on Windows less so (they're both ported and
supported), but its clear enough from the original post that something
lighter than Apache and nginx is called for.
