ALL CON,

A HVAC service was contacted early this morning and the technician arrived,
inspected and departed. The HVAC system is indicating it is low on freon
liquid, the refrigerant used to cool air passing through the system. The HVAC
technician is returning later this afternoon with an extension ladder capable
of reaching the Compressor (located outside below the fire escape) - this is
where the servicing will take place.

The quoted estimate is between $300 - $600 (roughly) depending on requirements
for leak repair, etc. The A/C unit (when serviced) should be capable of cooling
the space to a comfortable level. A certified HVAC technician is required to
service our unit, due to the presence of and the requirement of refrigerant
which although non-toxic has a boiling point of -33 degrees.

Based upon our SKSP budget we can afford this expense without additional, or
emergency fundraising.

Ian
