Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to work out a few details about the anti-social.

1) I need as many people as possible to show up Friday September 13 at 5
P.M. at Sir John Franklin Community Centre.
Minimum 5 - 6 people.
Approximate time 5 - 7:30
Tasks:
Haul beer up to the social area and put it in the fridge
Decorate tables
Decorate venue
Set up gaming areas( x3 of them, one for each game/console)
Set up projectors/tvs/etc
Set up Hacker Jeopardy (This will be sharing resources with one of the
games.)
Set up DJ equipment/speakers (there will still be DJs because everyone
loves epic gaming jams and a few of us want to dance)
Set up entry table at the front door

A lot of the small things will be done the week before, so it will
basically just be deployment.

2) I need volunteers to watch the front entry table and gaming systems all
night.
This will account to four stations.
Each station will need to be watched for a total of 6 hours (8 P.M. to ~2
A.M.)
This means there are 24 volunteering slots.
This can be done in rotations.
If you can volunteer for an hour or two let me know as soon as possible.
You can stay at whatever station you want, or move around.
If any of you don't want to volunteer because you will be drinking. Think
about taking a shift at 8 P.M. or 9 P.M. if possible. This will cut down
on 8 of the shifts I need people to work in.

3)
I really need a couple people to do leg work for me to secure social
prizes.
I do have a letter to give to the companies you are requesting prizes from.
Often they ask "What is SkullSpace?"
You may want to have an answer ready for this.

If you have any questions, please email me off list.

Thanks,
--BP
