It was for a pump and dump stock scam someone wanted to run. Post Syrian conflict they thiught the US will commit millions to re-build Syria via contractors. The plan was to set up "King Makers Associates & Federated United" (KMA & FU) and spread rummers via twitter about massive US Government contracts awarded to KMA & FU. Moving the stock up high on the stock market. Well it turned out Colin Stanners sniffed out the evil plot and sized the telco equipment in lieu of payment for a security camera setup he installed for the evil doers. Colin is a god dam hero, to all sorts of folks that may have lost 100's of dollars on the evil pump and dump scam.
