FYI: the time I'd like to have on UPSes is 20min - as that should usually allow 
that, after power loss is detected and an e-mail is sent out, at least one 
Skullspace member would have time to get on site and fix the problem if it's 
simple.

We don't have a generator, nor would I expect or want to get one since we don't 
do anything really important and (even if we found one for free) 
maintenance/gas readiness/storage on the fire escape would be expensive, 
time-consuming and annoying.
