*The knife switch next to the Sksp door now has the "unlock downstairs door" function working properly. I also put a hard-to-see LED there that lights when the strike is unlocked, so hopefully people won`t forget it that way, thereby annoying other tenants who have no way to lock the building.
*I installed a motion sensor so the Sksp door can be exited without pushing the button. I'm fond of the button but we`ll see which people prefer. *Card access system is all wired to open doors on fire alarm, we need Protelec (who have the key to the Safecom remote-fire-alarm panel) to come do their wiring, and hopefully fix those panels which aren`t working.
