Your best bet might be to make some diagrams with clear symbols. Get them to
take photos of the backs of their devices.

Subject: [SkullSpace-Discuss] translation
I would like to ask if there is anyone who can help me please translate
Ukrainian to english? Why I ask is because my grandfather has a family that is
living with him in saskatoon and they are a ukrainian speaking family and some
what speak english but not very well.
At the house they are having trouble with saktel max tv and I would like to try
and see if the lady that is living there can help out if I give instruction on
what to do. She understands about select the correct input on the tv and I
would like to try and explain about looking at the cable and finding out if the
box is connect by HDMI or coax to make sure the tv is on the correct input. As
well to do some other trouble shooting over the phone.
