Could you please respond to me with the serial number (Service Tag in the case of Dell) from the outside of the cases?
I recorded what I thought was enough information, but apparently asset numbers != serial numbers, and the company they came from doesn't record both for cross referencing. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks in advance. Tim
