Indeed! It opened on May 8th. I was by there the night of the RTFM Bike Jam and peeked up. It looks gorgeous, very bright and welcoming and they have a CRAPTON of games. From what I've read it is $5 flat rate cover and you can play what you want for as long as you want... I expect the also want you to eat and drink a bit :)
