Check out the Sony Xperia Z Ultra. Bell used to sell it in Canada. I bought mine unlocked from an Ebay seller in Europe.
I have the Sony Xperia Z Ultra c6833. The XPeria Z2 just started shipping, though it's smaller than the Z ultra. There are rumours everywhere all but confirming the immanent release of the "Xperia Z Ultra 2" which will have the performance upgrades of the Z2, with the size and battery life of the Ultra.
