My experience was that the source of the problem was the Squeezebox power supply, not the Squeezebox itself. You may find that simply switching to an optical connection to your stereo is sufficient to isolate the RF interference. In my case, optical connection was not an option, so I solved the issue by replacing the p/s with a similar unit found on eBay.
