Actually, if you have unencrypted discs, like the one you can buy from
aixrecords.com, you can play them back and record the 96kHz spdif output
from windvd running under windows using a suitable 96kHz soundcard. What
needs circumventing is the meridian lossless packing format, but I'm
sure the author of the o/s alac decoder would have the brainpower to do
it.. :)
