Sort of - That bug mentions "Artist with just one album", but I see it with multiple albums (and single albums), and when playing genres. Also, that bug is Mac, and I'm on WinXP.
Ben - I've fixed this, and it will be in today's nightly build.
FYI, the bug was not specific to WinXP.
