Ah Stuart is still here!

Most of the changes required are pretty trivial - I had been playing
with the plugin trying to get it to work.
(I can forward my changes if you want).

The point where I got stuck is that LWP::UserAgent just doesn't work
with SlimServer 6.0.
All requests fail with an unknown error. I've found this in my own
plugins as well.

Has this module been deliberately nobbled to make people use the new
openRemoteStream functionality? This would be weird given it's included in the Slimserver CPAN archive.

Well, I hope that helps somewhat.

I think you will have much bigger problems even if you fix this one! The Scrobbler plugin is tied to the old data cache and this code has

gone now.

Someone needs to rewrite for 6.0 - I have not seen any mails from

Stuart

for some time but a couple of people have mentioned looking at it. I can do it if no-one else is doing so.

I will be gone for the next week, but I will try to look at it
after that.

I have been waiting for 6.0 to go into release before moving to it,
so I have no personal experiences here yet.

Running CVS SlimScrobbler and Slimserver 5.4.1, I'm finding that trying an internet radio station kills Slimserver. Will troubleshoot more later, but it looks like it's Slimscrobbler doing it:

Can't call method "getElapsedTime" on an undefined value at /usr/local/slimserver/Plugins/SlimScrobbleSupport/Scrobbler/Track.pm line 381.
