Allan, This is a tricky one! I checked and I have not changed that part of the code at all.
As I understand it, SlimServer on OSX is run through the default perl environment so this will not have changed with 6.0? (on Windows we have moved from Perl 5.6 to 5.8) And your Mac::Applescript modules are installed independently of the SlimServer code?
