I'll test it out more... basically, it's dead then I unplug and try again.
I'm trying to identify if it's a software issue or a display issue. If the former, you'd probably not be able to ping it. If the latter, audio would probably keep playing. At any rate this is a new one but we'll figure it out.

Rotel RSX1056. It's weird because it just does this in the middle of a
song--not between tracks as was the case before.
Coax or optical?

Sorry about that... You are among the first ever to receive a Squeezebox2. At the time we shipped there were no known serious bugs (s/pdif and wireless issues are always serious, btw). However, given the literally millions of permutations of access points, operating systems, and stereo systems etc in the world, some new bugs are bound to pop up. We'll work as quickly as possible to nail them.
