Hi, It also took me a while to make MMM work. I managed to completely mis the 'Use MusicMagic' radiobutton on the server settings page. This is only there after you select the checkbox in Server Settings - Plugins.
After you have switched on MMM like that you get an extra option under server settings: MusicMagic. There you can set some MMM options (like mix size, style and variety) The way I start a mix from the Squeezebox is : - Browse or search for a song or album. - A little 'm' appears at the end of the first line on the display. (if you have selected a size that makes the display show one line (large, or huge) you won't see the 'm') - Now press and hold the play button on the remote. A message 'MusicMagic Mixing' appears. This mix is made using the parameters you entered in de MMM option page in Server Settings. When done it displays: Music Magic Mix (1 of xx) Title of first song (again, on a two line display) - Press play again to play the mix.
