The FAQ at http://wiki.slimdevices.com/tiki-view_faq.php?faqId=8#q68 could do with a small update - or the Slimserver software could do with a small change.
Reason: If you have password protected your DABBar connection then the credentials (just a password) have to be passed using basic authentication to DABBar. The typical syntax for this is: http://[EMAIL PROTECTED]:8080/45008.mp2 Where you replace "password" with the password that you have set on DABBar streaming access. however, SlimServer 6.0 requires both the username and password to be passed. DABBar ignores the user name so .. the following syntax works http://anyone:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:8080/45008.mp2 Where you replace "password" with the password that you have set on DABBar streaming access.
