Yes I've seen this (on my Slimp3's). It seems to be aggravated by my extensive use of TSOP tags (performer sort order). It's not new (for me) in 6.0 and 6.0.1, but has been there for a long time. I haven't filed a bug because it's a pain-in-the-butt bug to file. Short of sending my entire collection, I'm not sure how to describe how to duplicate it. Maybe the .db file is enough for Dan et al. to figure out why this is happening.
The player-based browsing code is being rewritten for 6.1 to make better use of the database. You should see improvements fairly shortly.
