Hi Steinar, I had a similar problem with accented characters, but this seems to be resolved in the 04-12 nightly, which I'm using now. So unless the bug reappeared in the 04-14 it must be something else. See here for reference: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1346
There is also an open bug concerning accented characters displayd wrongly on the Squeezebox UI, but this doesn't really seem to apply to your problem.
