Why do your posts keep creating new threads with the old thread's subject prefixed with "SV: ", Tore?
He's not creating new threads; his mailer (Outlook 11) is properly adding In-Reply-To headers, though it doesn't seem to be adding References headers; both are equally SHOULD requirements in rfc2822. It looks like it's a bug in the mailing-list/forum gateway, that it's only looking at References, not In-Reply-To as well (or possibly it only looks at the subject and gets confused by "SV:"). Thunderbird is properly reconstructing the thread with Tore's mail in it using both headers.
SV: is swedish (and other languages) for RE:.
