5.x had a few quirks from my point of view.... I just upgraded to latest version of 6 to find that although the overall numbers of files found seems to be right, songs and artists that I KNOW are in there do not show up.
Search can't find 'em, and browsing to some albums will show that some tracks that were there in 5.4.1-1 are now missing. downgrading to 5.4.1-1 has resurrected those files, but I'm certainly no longer considering getting any more squeezeboxes/squeezebox2s as the software seems to be getting worse.
