If you're on Windows: did you install the MHCPAN stuff (available frommy site)? The plugin needs some modules which are not built in.
Nope - this is on Linux (Fedora).
Do I need to do anything special on this platform?
Run "slimserver.pl -d_plugins" from the shell. This will give you some feedback while loading and running plugins. What does it say about the biography plugin?
