I used it for a while, and thought it was pretty good. I thought the sound quality was much better than most internet radio. The only problem I had was the music selection would not refresh daily as promised. I have a very similar setup as you for my NPR streams now and Radioparadise for my music.
And yes ther is an Audiofeast plugin.
