Tom, Like you I'm in the UK and waiting for my SB2 wireless. I have had an SB1 wireless since the start of the year and I find it terrific.
I believe I am right in saying that WAV files can't be tagged. I already have all my CD's ripped for archiving to Monkey's Audio, a lossless format, with a copy in MP3 192CBR for use on my Zen portable. However, as the SB2 supports native decoding of FLAC, another lossless format, I am in the course of converting the Monkey's Audio files to FLAC. Both these lossless formats can have tags. FLAC will compress the original WAV to about 60% of its size and Monkey's Audio may get around 50%. As these formats are lossless there is no difference in the playback between them and the original WAV - you just save a lot of disk space. Hope this helps.
