After waiting over 8 weeks for my SB2 (I'm in the UK) I too tested the
headphone socket of my new unit after reading the thread below and
guess what......my jack is faulty too! How many people are experiencing
this problem? Are all the units fautly? I have just emailed tech support
so we will have to see what they come back with. Has anyone got any
further with this problem? I REALLY don't want to wait another 8 weeks
just to get another one :-(
