Sadly, I am on Linux (well not that sadly). Does AlienBBC do any of this?

That looks like a mms stream. What you can do is use Winamp to shoutcast it to yourself and tune in with the SqueezeBox. Make sure to use the null output plugin on the PC
Oh, the secret is the URL mms://ccdig.liquidviewer.com/indie103 and you have to add /.wma to the end
So when you open Winamp, open URL, paste: mms://ccdig.liquidviewer.com/indie103/.wma
