Aaron, I'm not a bad person, but when the company implies through the posting of reviews that tout it's ability to stream Rhapsody and when it's marketing literature specially states it supports real player I as a reasonable person expect to be able to use it for the stated purpose. When I read the CEO of the company imply he's got better things to do than live up to his promises, I think I have a right to my money back, 30 day guarantee or not.
