It sometimes happens. But aside from that...a 3rd-party plugin is not a "product feature". SlimDevices cannot be expected to support every 3rd party plugin for all time. In my eyes you're the one who's suspect here: you claim you sent 2 emails to slimdevices but didn't receive any replies. Their genial response on this mailing list was that they had only received 1 email and that they'd responded to it promptly. You never denied this which leads me to believe that their version of the truth is accurate. And I still haven't seen the "marketing blurb from their marketing manager talking about how great the realslim plugin works" that you mentioned. What are you trying to get from SlimDevices? It sounds like you just misunderstood what the product is capable of. There's no need for any animosity.
