What is probably happening is that the "Save Download Clear" links have scrolled upward and off of the page. You might not notice at first that the right side of the web UI is actually two frames - the top one displaying the Now Playing info tends not to scroll, but the bottom frame, if there are enough playlist items, can scroll the contents upward and out of view.
