A note... Don't forget, that the api has more to do with song analysis and not that much to do with MM"Mixer"... I ask a similar question on the MM forum and found out that MMM does not have a fully "headless version" that runs on API services alone... to get the MM buttons and interfaces on the slim device that gui needs to be open... still doesn't make a whole lot of sence to me... but there you have it... for more check out the MMM forum.
