This is clearly the right conversion to be using for a WAV file. Are all your tracks WAV format? Is there more to this log? There was another user recently that was haivng an issue, the log was not showing the Track Start Event in the d_source log. In that case, however, the upgrade to 6.1 was enough to fix it.
