And this is precisely the fallacy of DRM. It only takes ONE PERSON in the entire world to go to the lengths required to rip a cd and put it on p2p, and it's there for everyone. Why should I pay money for a CD which I can't actually play the way I want, when I could just download it for free and use it however I like? By doing this they are actualy discouraging me from buying their product. How the braindeadness of this doesn't sink in is quite beyond me.
