I can go through the music via the web UI now, but it will so much
cooler if I can see it through the SB2 itself.

WSLam - There are plans to add Unicode support to the player display. I can't
promise a timetable, as there is a decent amount of work to be done.

Currently the player fonts are implemented via a static bitmap file that is
included with SlimServer. These cover the ISO-8859-1 character set.

I have some initial thoughts on changing this to use the FreeType libraries
and render a Unicode font to the display. This would cover all the CJK
glyphs, hopefully.
Please let me know if you have any more questions - or would like to write some 
code. :)
