Should these be for both single and double line scrolling? I've never
been sure whether to just set both values to the same thing. I don't
think I've ever used double line scrolling anyway - my eyes are just
about good enough to read the single line from my sofa. :-)

I normally set them both to the same value - but happy to take feedback
suggesting they should be differerent....
