I thought that was strange also. Especially when in his final summary scorecard he gave a rating for PCM/WAV, but there was no corresponding section in his review. I would have thought a critical part of the review would be the comparison of FLAC/WAV to the CD player. That would be a worthwhile comparison. I thought it was fairly silly to compare the MP3 to the CD -- as he stated himself, that's really just comparing the CODEC to the CD...
