right, well, I know why this worked for me at least. It works fine once the playlist is written out to the drive (I'm not sure hoe often, or even IF this is done right now). The load command assumes the playlist is a file.
There is currently no immediate way to grab a playlist from the db, but it isn't too hard to do. However, I'm thinking this is a function that really should be a seemless part of the server.
