Woudn't the compression used be the real property that determines FM or CD quality and not connection speed? I'm not sure it even possible for a low compressed recording that competes with CD to stream in and buffer up correctly to be heard without breaks in the music. ? Can't say I have a grasp of where in the bps rating they consider something "CD" quality.
