and how about temporarily moving the prefs file (with the server stopped) and starting the server again. I believe the location on windows is: c:\program files\slimserver\server\slimserver.pref The setting of location manually should really only be needed for linux users or those who have some reason to have copied their itunes library from somewhere else. Setting for manual also bypasses any attempts to find the library automatically, so it MUST be perfect, or you get what you see. server settings->debugging, d_itunes http://serverIP:9000/log.txt will also let you see the results of trying to find the library. again, disable itunes (click change), enable itunes (click change) to trigger another attempt to find.
