iTunes was recently updated to support podcasts. So, I upgraded to
iTunes 4.9(17) on OS X and junked IPodder in an attempt to simplify my
software setup. iTunes maintains a playlist called "Podcasts" which
contains all the downloaded tracks. It works fine. But, iTunes also
creates a separate playlist for each downloaded track. That would not
be so bad, but in addition to creating a lot of playlist clutter to
scroll through, these playlists do not display properly. They have the
"itunesplaylist:" prefix and use percent escaping for space characters
and so on. For example, "itunesplaylist:Air%20Talk%20from%20KPCC
20893". I did a cache wipe and rescan and they are still there. I'm
using SlimServer 6.0.2 - 3085. Any suggestions? I normally avoid
using the betas, but would that be a solution?
