It looks like you got hit with the MAC address corruption bug.

You can edit it back from the initial setup screens by navigating to View Current Settings -> MAC address and press RIGHT.

Then I recommend you upgrade to SlimServer 6.1 which will prompt you to upgrade your firmware. The new firmware contains some fixes that should make the corruption less likely in the future.
